Returns Policy

 

New and unopened product returns, if allowed, must be made within 30  business days from date of order, unless otherwise indicated. Returned  products must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in  saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required in all cases. Product  returns may be denied upon inspection. All accepted returns are subject  to a 20% restocking fee. The consumer is responsible for return freight  costs unless otherwise indicated. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is  required for all returns and may be obtained by contacting Wright Marine Air Conditioning, Inc. at 813-641-6348 or by email at wrightmarine@verizon.net  The RGA will expire after 30 days and items will no longer be accepted.  Please follow the following steps when shipping products.

Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip/invoice and the RGA number.
Write the reason for returning the product on your packing slip/invoice;  if the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date,  the original invoice number, item number and RGA number for the product.
Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a credit.
